Best Time To Use Anti Aging Skin Care Products

Many teenagers and young women in their early 20’s are asking when they should start using wrinkle cream or anti aging products.

There really is no hard and fast rule to this. There are a good number of reasons that you need to consider and think about first.

For example, if you have dry skin, are already showing fine lines or are genetically leaning towards early wrinkles, then you can start to use anti aging cream.

However, for many women (and men) at this age range, the best skin care thing that you can do to prevent premature aging. But wrinkle creams are not necessarily the answer to your wrinkle prevention regimen.

There are many things that you can do now that will mean a big difference on whether or not you get premature wrinkles or not.

Some Of The Things You Can Do Now

Good Healthy Diet
When we’re young, it’s easy not to think about eating healthy at all. For example if you’re in your early teens, living away from home for the first time can greatly change your eating habits. Food like unhealthy pizza, junk food or Mcdonalds are so much easier to avail of. You may not realize it yet, but this unhealthy diet will bite you in the long run.

Always strive to eat healthy food. Get yourself acquainted with fruit and veg that are high in antioxidants and are therefore, good for your skin.

Stay Away From The Sun
Hours and hours sunbathing, enjoying the summer sun, as fun as it is, is not good for your skin at all. If you must do this, make sure you’re properly protected. Also know that many sunscreen do need to be reapplied every few hours or so although you can now get sunscreen with 24 hour protection as well.

This you can do at a young age and is a good wrinkle prevention regimen. I would advice however to use a natural organic moisturizer if you can afford it. You really don’t want to slather your face with so much chemicals at an early age.

Sunscreen…. Sunscreen…. Sunscreen
This is one of the most important aspects in an anti aging skin care routine. You MUST NEVER MISS this ever if you want to look young for your age when you’re in your 40’s. The sun, as good as a sunny day may feel like, is your skins worst friend and you don’t want to be caught without protection when it sees you.

Learn How To Destress
Stress can be a great deciding factor in how quickly we age. When we are under immense stress, the body release hormones which in turn contributes to the degeneration of our cellular functions. And once this happens, you can be sure that the collagen boosting function of the cells is greatly reduced as well.

This is why one of the best life skills we can learn, not just for skin care but also for our overall health, is how to destress. Learn how to meditate. Start doing yoga. Find a hobby or activity that can recharge your energies and make you feel good. All these things can help you destress when there are a lot of environmental stressors in your life.

In this way, you can help your body heal and it can recover quicker as well.

Ways to Make Homemade Natural Beauty

Quick Fact
People often tend to get confused between face packs and face masks.

Masks are nothing but peel-off products that are non-setting. They do not dry or harden on the skin, and are also applied for a longer duration. They have a gel or cream-like texture.

Face packs on the other hand are clay masks that dry after application. They harden after applying and need to be washed off. Face packs can be easily made at home whereas, face masks are ready-made products.
Beauty may not be just skin-deep, but it sure has a lot to do with the skin. Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing are, or rather should be every girl’s beauty mantra. As a result of pollution and other environmental hazards, one’s skin is constantly subjected to harsh conditions. Your natural beauty does not always have to be enhanced with the help of cosmetics and visits to the parlor.

Skin Care and Anti-Aging Treatments for You

Anti-aging skin care refers to the slowing down process that humans go through. It also indicates finding a method to reverse the effects of aging. The idea is to increase or extend the life and youthful appearance of the skin. Aging is a natural process that negatively affects the collagen and the elastin tissues that are present in the skin. These tissues are primarily responsible to maintain the firmness and the elasticity of the skin. Due to aging and the constant wear and tear the skin starts to lose its elasticity. This in turn results in the loss of moisture and leaves the skin looking dull and dry. Other signs or aging are wrinkles, dark spots, fine lines and the likes

The manufacturing and supplying of anti-aging products related to skin care, nutrition and fitness is now a booming industry all across the world. The use of natural ingredients in the anti-aging segment is increasingly becoming popular and this phenomenon is showcased in the skin care segment as well.

Honey is a natural ingredient that is used extensively in the manufacturing of anti-aging skincare products. Honey contains an acid by the name alpha-hydroxy that acts as an anti-bacterial. This acid helps the aging skin retain the moisture content. Aloe Vera is another soothing and available ingredient that helps in combating the signs of ageing. Aloe Vera contains 75 essential nutrients that help in stimulating cell growth as well as repairs the damaged skin. Sugarcane is known to contain glycolic acid. This acid initiates the generation of collagen that helps in plumping the skin cells hence when applied on the skin straightens out the wrinkles. Glycolic acid effectively treats the acne formation. Green tea is a potent source of anti- inflammatory and reduces pores and the puffiness around the eyes.

Plant based essential natural oils helps in moisture absorption and retention without clogging the skin pores. Natural oils like jojoba or olive oil are known to have lipid profiles that are similar to the natural oil found on the human skin. The grape seed oil is an excellent source of antioxidant and allows the skin to absorb the nutrients, minerals and vitamins. This prevents aging and provides the skin with a radiant glow.

There are numerous easy remedies that can be made at home to cater the anti- aging skin care routine. In addition to all the treatments one needs to avoid smoking and drinking alcohol and also follow a healthy lifestyle.
